Baby rescued alive after 60 hours of quake

A UK relief team rescued on Monday night a three-year-old child alive from the debris of Margala Tower, Islamabad after 60 hours of the huge quake that devastated Pakistan’ several areas. The team detected through modern instruments that a child was alive in debris of Margala Tower and rescued him after hectic labor of two and a half hour.

According to Geo TV, the team further said it detected that a woman was also alive in the debris and was crying for relief. The team also started hectic efforts to rescue the woman, who was possibly the mother of that child. After rescuing the child, he was sent to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Islamabad for medical treatment.
