Pakistan reopens key roads to quake zones

Pakistani authorities have reopened vital roads leading to quake-hit Muzaffarabad and Balakot and relief trucks and rescue equipment are nearing both towns, the military spokesman said Monday.

"This will tremendously help the relief effort," chief military spokesman Major General Shaukat Sultan told a foreign news agency.
