Crisis Management Cell in Abbotabad

A Crisis Management Cell has been set up in Abbotabad for well-coordinated and organized distribution of relief goods in quake stricken areas.

Captain Munir Azam, district liaison officer there told Geo that the people across Pakistan have shown a high spirit of helping their quake-aggrieved brothers and relief goods were pouring in from every nook and corner of the country. Presently, volunteers themselves were distributing the goods, which without any coordination has created an imbalance in the sense that some areas have been flooded with relief goods while the others still remained starved.

He told that those willing to help could contact on 0992-9310200 or on DCO’s mobile 0300-4276763.
