MercyCorps (about) is raising funds for Earthquake relief.
Americares (about) is also raising money and coordinating with local groups to send supplies of medicine to send from Amsterdam. They haven't yet specified an Earthquake-specific fund on their donation page, but you could specify that that's what you want your donation used for in the comments.

I'm Mr Giancarlo from Italy and looking for some news about my friends in Srinagar: they are the SHAGOO Family, owner of the house boat Zulekha, located on the Jelum river, near Zero Bridge.
